Visiting the store & arcade
Where are you located?

What are your hours?
Our current hours are on our Google listing and our Facebook page. Hours can change for holidays and special events, so if you are making a trip, call (417) 545-3438 first.
How much do the arcade games cost?
Most machines take 25¢, 50¢ or $1.00 per play. The price is shown on each machine.
What is there to play?
Classic quarter-operated arcade cabinets (fighting, racing, light-gun, sports, retro classics, multi-game, co-op and dance), pinball, and prize games. See the full list in the arcade section. We also have free-play areas with board games, retro computers and retro console stations, subject to availability.
How do the leaderboards work?
Every game has an all-time record to chase and a best-of-the-month leader that resets on the 1st. Browse them on the leaderboards page.
How do I get my score on the leaderboard?
Play the game, take a photo of your final score screen, then scan the QR code on the machine or open that game from the leaderboards page and fill out the score form. We verify every score before it is posted.
Do you host birthday parties or group events?
Yes. We offer retro arcade party packages with reserved space, arcade play and retro gaming stations. Reservations are required, so send a request on the parties page. See what is coming up on the events page.
Shopping online
What do the qualities mean?
Games
- New: Factory sealed and never opened.
- CIB (Complete in Box): Game, original box or case, and manual.
- Game w/ Box: Game and original box or case, no manual.
- Game w/ Manual: Game and original manual, no box or case.
- Loose: Game only (cartridge or disc).
Consoles
- New: Factory sealed and never opened.
- CIB (Complete in Box): Console in its original box, with the original accessories and paperwork it came with.
- Loose: Console without the original box. Includes the cables needed to play (power and video) and one controller.
Accessories (controllers, cables, peripherals)
- New: Factory sealed and never opened.
- CIB (Complete in Box): Accessory in its original packaging.
- Loose: Accessory only, no packaging.
If a listing shows exactly what's included, the listing takes priority.
Are your used games tested?
Yes. Every used game, console and accessory is tested and cleaned before it is listed, so it arrives ready to play.
How much is shipping, and how fast do you ship?
We ship nationwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and you will see the exact cost before you pay. Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. If a used item does not work, we will replace it or give you a full refund, including shipping. Read the full return policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email 2gunsretro@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Where is the online shop?
Shop retro games, consoles and accessories at shop.2gunsretro.com. You can also shop in person at the store.

Yes, we buy and trade games, consoles and accessories. Fill out our sell & trade form with photos and details and we will get back to you with an offer for cash or store credit.
